"The cabin is beautiful. The atmosphere and decor are perfectly matched to the area. It had everything we needed and more. It’s quiet and feels secluded but is only a few minutes to downtown Gatlinburg. We saw a momma bear and cubs almost immediately in the yard! The only disappointment is the view from the back deck has become quite overgrown and does not offer the view shown in the listing. That being said, we would absolutely book again!"

Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Our Gatlinburg Trip To The Mountains
The cabin was beautiful. Clean, nice view, looked like it did in the photos on line. Would definitely recommend Elk Springs Resorts to friends and family. We had a slight issue with our TV the 1st night. Maintenance came out and corrected the problem promptly.
Family Getaway
My family stayed in Mountain Memories for our first time in the Smokies! Loved the cabin and the location. Close to everything we wanted to see and do. We got to see a bear family of 3 within 4 hours of our arrival!
A True Mountain Memory!
When we arrived the cabin was clean and in order! We enjoyed it being secluded and even seen a bear in the side yard! We enjoyed the pool table, hot tub, 3 bathrooms lol and all the space! Elk springs was very professional and we enjoyed our stay!
Best "Stay"Cation One Can Have
Beautiful cabin that really gives a nice comfort and home feeling. Loved the view and nature. Especially with how far up the mountain it was, helping it be a nice relaxing and quiet location.
