The Bottom Line:

As a family-owned and operated winery, Parker-Binns Vineyard puts quality at the heart of all they do. They go above and beyond to grow their vineyard crops, make them into wine, and then serve them up with exceptional service. Beyond all that, they are set in the heart of the gorgeous Tryon Foothills, giving you fantastic views while you sip on all your favorite drinks.

- The SmokyMountains.com Local Expert Team

Parker-Binns Vineyard was born out of a desire to fill the owners’ retirement years with the breathtaking beauty of the Tryon Foothills, fantastic wine, and great times. They accomplished that goal quite easily
by bringing the whole family in on the fun.

Working together, they filled 12 acres of land with all the best grape varieties imaginable and created a
winery right onsite. Then, they set out to develop flavorful red, white, and rose’ wine varieties of all kinds. Although they could have ended there with great success, they brought it full circle by opening up their tasting room and inviting the community through the doors with a smile.

Whenever you visit this popular North Carolina winery, you can expect to get the highest quality of service and enjoy every glass of wine to the last drop. If you’re feeling a bit peckish during your visit, you
can pair your wine with a robust burger from their onsite kitchen, lovingly dubbed the Burger Barn.
No matter what you order, their friendly service will instantly make you feel like a part of the family. You
can trust that they will always help you feel welcome and ensure you enjoy your dining and tasting
experience from beginning to end.

Although you can lounge inside anytime you wish, be sure to grab a seat on the patio when the weather is nice. Nothing beats the stunning views of the mountainside from their cozy outdoor seating area.
If you absolutely adore the Parker-Binns experience and can visit multiple times each year, don’t hesitate to join their wine club. There’s no annual fee. You just have to buy four bottles of wine three
times per year to qualify.

With your membership, you get to attend several parties per year with live music, small bite plates, and a complimentary glass of wine to kick off your visit. You’ll also get access to their members-only wine
varieties and plenty of discounts on wine, dinners, and special events.

Their most popular wine varieties include:

Pea Ridge Red
With Pea Ridge Red, you get a taste of three fantastic wine varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and
Cabernet Franc. The flavor of raspberry jam and other ripe berries shines through that blend before it finishes off with an earthy touch.
Loco Lulu White
The Loco Lulu White is the wine that keeps on giving. It starts with a burst of peachy, gooseberry goodness before taking you through a journey of flavors to the finish line. Savor it to catch the brief yet
the wholly unique taste of honeysuckle before taking your next sip.
Dessert Petit Manseng
Made to delight all your senses, the Dessert Petit Manseng takes winetasting to the next level. Each sip
begins with baked pineapple and peaches that lingers on the tongue before turning into a decadent
roasted vanilla profile.
With the beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains all around them, it just makes sense to serve as a wedding venue year-round. After saying your vows with superb views all around, you can celebrate your union in their Chardonnay Room reception hall, which can accommodate over 100 guests. If you’d like to have
your wedding and reception right onsite, just fill out their contact form or give them a call to reserve
your date.
