Have you got kids who need to get the wiggles out? Are you looking to burn off some energy or even a few extra pounds? You can bounce away your troubles at Sevier Air Trampoline and Ninja Warrior Park. With 38,000 square feet of high-flying activity, thrills, and adventure, there’s something to keep everyone going up, up, and away. Spend an hour or two at Sevier Air and you’re sure to get a good night’s sleep after all that excitement.

You can bounce around on the trampolines, play dodgeball or basketball, get on the mini dancefloor, climb the walls, or challenge yourself and friends or family in the junior or advanced ninja obstacle course. Scan your thumbprint to track your progress, then swing, climb, crawl, jump, and slide your way to victory. Don’t forget the foam pit! Challenge a friend to a gladiator-style match and try to knock your opponent into the foam. There’s also an area for little ones to have their own toddler-sized bouncy play.

The Ninja Warrior tracks and trampolines are a package deal at a cost of $20 for one hour or $13 for children 4 and under (taxes included). You can get more bounce for your buck with a two-hour session for $32 or $20 for children 4 and under. Children aged 2 through 10 can also get up to some monkey business climbing the “3 Story Net System” for an additional $18 for two hours. For an additional $2, you will need to purchase the special safety socks that all participants are required to wear.

You can think of a trip to Sevier Air as an investment in your health. The potential benefits of bouncing around on a trampoline include improved cardiovascular fitness, weight management, improved balance and coordination, increased calorie burn, the building of bone density, and better muscle reaction. Exercising couldn’t be more thrilling! In fact, Sevier Air even offers Sevier Fitness Jump Fit or Pulse classes because trampolines aren’t just for kids.

Time your visit just right and you might catch one of the many events run by the facility, which often include special pricing. Watch sporting matches on the big screen while your little ones bounce in the background. You might get the chance to compete in the slam dunk contest or try your luck and skill at a ninja warrior contest. Maybe you’ll even meet a real American Ninja Warrior like Lance Pekus, also known as the Cowboy Ninja.

All that bouncing can really wear some grown-ups out, especially if you’ve got kids to chase. Or maybe you’re not the bouncing type in the first place. Let the kids hop, skip, and jump themselves silly while you catch your breath in the comfortable chairs situated on the main floor and on the observation deck, overlooking the facility. Better yet, pop in a coin or two and get a relaxing massage. Are you feeling a little peckish after bouncing away all those calories? The concessions area has lots of treats, including pizza and ice cream.

Before you leave, be sure to stop by the merchandise shop to purchase T-shirts, hats, hoodies, and more. You can show off your ninja warrior status with your new apparel.

The staff is fun and friendly, but they always have an eye out for safety and ask that all visitors do their best to help minimize injuries. Safety is paramount at Sevier Air Trampoline and Ninja Warrior Park. Trampolines can be dangerous, so it’s important to pay attention to the rules. The facility requires all participants to watch their safety video and sign a waiver. You can speed up the check-in process by watching the safety video and signing the waiver online prior to your arrival.

Insider Tip:
The music pumping through the building’s speakers will get your toes tapping to the beat, but if you’re sensitive to loud noises and flashing lights, this might not be the place for you. It can get quite loud.
