If you love all things Christmas, you’ll adore Pigeon Forge’s Incredible Christmas Place. This accurately named holiday store truly is incredible. It boasts everything a Christmas fanatic could dream up, including Christmas trees, ornaments, favorite candies, and much more.
The Biggs family founded this Bavarian-themed wonderland in 1986 in hopes of bringing year-round festivities to the Smokies. Today, the Christmas fun continues at this lovely shop in all seasons. Ironically, it’s only closed completely on December 25th.
If you’re struggling to create a cohesive setup this Christmas, don’t worry! Many of the best items at the Incredible Christmas Place can be categorized based on their theme. Favorites include:
- The Grinch Who Stole Christmas
- National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation
- Beautiful, Artificial Christmas Trees
- Miniature Themed Villages
This is where you go to find items to memorialize your child’s first Christmas or your first Christmas as a married couple.
A few of our favorite sights and activities include:
Bell Tower Square
Before you head inside to check out the vast Christmas collection, set aside a few moments to enjoy the scenery outside. At Bell Tower Square, you’ll find fountains, lush landscaping, and plenty of places to relax.
There’s more to The Incredible Christmas Place than pure shopping. Take your time to stroll the store and take it all in. One of the first special touches you’ll notice: model trains that run both inside and outside the store.
Items purchased at The Incredible Christmas Place are extra special because they can so easily be personalized. Stop by the store’s personalization station to give your favorite item a unique touch.
Mrs. Claus’ Candy Kitchen and Sweet Shop
If your sweet tooth kicks up while you’re shopping for Christmas gifts and decor, make a pit stop at The Incredible Christmas Place’s very own bakery and confectionary. There, you’ll find a variety of mouthwatering treats, including candy apples, fudge, peanut brittle and even chocolate-dipped waffles. Grab a treat to enjoy before you return to shopping, and another to take home after you’ve finished exploring the store.
-Keep an eye on the Incredible Christmas Place website to learn more about events scheduled throughout the year. From sidewalk sales to wreath-making demonstrations, the store is always busy. Often, the store hosts the artists behind its most unique collections to sign items and interact with shoppers.
-While you are encouraged to explore the store at your own leisure, you can also seek assistance from experienced decorators with an eye for beauty. The store offers a service known as Christmas Place HOME, in which designers work closely with local homeowners and business owners to bring their holiday visions to life.
