You’ll love these menu favorites at The Diner:

Appetizer Combo Platter
Thanks to the Appetizer Combo Platter, you never have to choose between all their most popular apps. With your order, you get a taste of their four fan favorites: Cheese Sticks, Onion Rings, Fried Green Tomatoes, and Crock ‘o Dill Spears. Although they do not offer substitutions for this option, you do get your choice of sauces to go alongside.

Chili Pie
When you want comfort food to the max, treat yourself to the Chili Pie. A definite local favorite, this dish features a bed of Fritos smothered in a big bowl of chili. Then, they take it all to the next level with chopped onions and tomatoes plus a dollop of sour cream.

Honest Abe Burger
With three 1/3 pound patties of Elk, Buffalo, or Angus Beef, the Honest Abe Burger promises to leave you filled up to the brim. They chargrill your patty selections to your liking and then add two hearty slices of cheese to the top. Once the cheese melts just right, they stack it all between two buns and serve it up hot with a big pile of fries.

Don’t hesitate to swing by this diner for a decadent milkshake when you just want a sweet treat. They have all the fruit flavors you could want, including banana, peach, and pineapple. You can even mix up your fruits if you wish. Prefer something a little bit richer? Go with one of their cookie and candy bar-inspired shakes, like the Oreo and Reese’s concoctions. They even have a new flavor every month, so be sure to check back often to shake it up.

Insider Tips:
-If you want to customize your order, feel free to ask for whatever substitutes you want. There’s no extra charge.
-When ordering the elk and buffalo burgers, go with medium to medium-well to keep the meat juicy. When cooked well done, the elk and buffalo patties dry out far too much for most.
