This vacation rental is an 8-bedroom retreat that can sleep up to 40 guests comfortably, with each bedroom being a suite equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. The cabin is nestled on a huge lot surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens and natural scenery, making it a perfect getaway destination for families or large groups. On the main level of the cabin, guests will find a full kitchen, dining area, and large living room with huge windows showcasing the breathtaking views of the Smokies. The four bedrooms on this level feature a king bed, futon, and private bath, with one of the bedrooms being a handicapped accessible room with a roll-in shower. There is a large covered porch on this level that offers plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy the stunning Smoky Mountain views. The lower level of the cabin is where most of the entertainment is found, featuring an indoor swimming pool, game room with multiple video games and a large flat-screen TV, and a bunk room with three sets of queen-sized bunk beds and its own private bathroom. The other three bedrooms on this level also feature a king bed, futon, and private bath. Guests can step out onto the covered porch on this level to take in the mountain views or relax in the outdoor hot tub. Host Cancellation Policy

In order to purchase the reservation guarantee, you must call the Host no later than 48 hours after booking.

Our Reservation Guarantee is an optional fee that enables you to receive a refund, less the Reservation Guarantee, if you need to cancel your reservation.

To receive the refund, you must cancel the reservation at least 14 days prior to arrival for 1-5 bedrooms and 60 days prior to arrival for 6+ bedrooms.

Once inside these time periods you are only able to reschedule for a date within one year of cancellation. In the event the Reservation Guarantee is not purchased within 48 hours of the reservation being made, there shall be absolutely no refunds or reschedules whatsoever.
