Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

WE LOVED THIS CABIN ! PLENTY OF ROOM FOR THE 9 OF US. AWESOME GAME ROOM THAT BIG AND SMALL ONES ENJOYED. LOVED THE SECURITY FEATURES FOR POOL BUT BOY IS THAT ALARM LOUD. PLENTY OF KITCHEN ITEMS AND HUGE TABLE FOR US TO GATHER AT. THE LANDSCAPE WAS BEAUTIFUL AND THE VIEW PERFECT - VISITING TURKEYS EACH NIGHT FOR OUR ENTERTAINMENT. LOVED COVERED PARKING AREA . CAN'T WAIT TO BOOK WITH THEM AGAIN !

Easy from start to finish.
Beautiful House With A Lot Of Amenities!
This house is absolutley beautiful. There is so much for the kids and adults to do its hard to leave. The location is perfect, its quiet but close to everything. The beds were comfortable, however the sheets/bedding were terrible for such a high end home. The showers and tubs were amazing but I would recommend a tankless water heater as the hot water ran out after 3 people showered and the water was not very hot. The entire downstairs was awesome for our kids, they loved the pool and theater room!

Really enjoyed our stay. House was great and can accomodate alot of people. Plenty of stuff to entertain kids and adults as well!
