Rental agency also didn't provide any soap or toiletries so we had to make a run to the Dollar General the night we got there to buy it. "

Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Nice But Could Be Better
Kids loved the pools and hot tub. there was a blu-ray but wasn't hooked up and in one of the bedrooms and not in the theatre tv area with no wires to hook-up so the movies we brought were a bust. Kitchen needs a whisk, full set of marked measuring cups and spoons. Over abundance of silverware and dishes and we had 9 people. Dishwasher soap dispenser doesn't open went washing. Warped patio table tops and the two chair gliders have rusty and missing screws and nuts. Could use a broiler pan for stove. The charcoal grill was on the side of a steep driveway and not convenient to use, so didn't...would've preferred a gas grill on the deck. Ice maker dispenser on fridge didn't dispense cubes and only made crushed ice which kept getting clogged in the dispenser. All the light colored sofas, chairs and kitchen chairs had numerous stains.
