Brand new construction with luxurious bathrooms and features. Game room w/ a pool table, Ping Pong, and foosball. Relax in the sauna or the hot tub and then wind down the day by catching a flick in the theater room with custom-painted walls. The massive, stone-to-ceiling fireplace in the 2 story great room will give you that feeling of being in the lodge of your dreams. Living Room Relax in the cozy living room with views of the Smokies out of the windows. Featuring a stone, fireplace, a large sectional couch, and a big-screen TV! Catch up with one another or make plans for the day. And in the evenings, flip on the TV with Xfinity cable for a bit of entertainment or gather around the fireplace for bedtime stories. Kitchen Step into the fully equipped kitchen for meal prep, coffee refills, snack attacks, and cookie time. Fully equipped with a stainless-steel refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher plus cutlery, cookware, mugs, dinnerware, and more. There's even a bonus island with loads of extra counter space and bar seating for 6 to make fixing and serving meals simple.
