This beautiful mountain home is nestled in the trees in the heart of the prestigious gated community of Hound Ears Club, just between Boone and Banner Elk. Hibernation Station accommodates up to 8 guests with a spacious 3 bedroom/3 bath layout. This home features two King suites on the main floor. The "kids room" is located downstairs and has two twin beds with trundles, so it can easily accommodates adults as well. The dining room boasts a large farmhouse table for 8. The fully renovated kitchen is perfect for any chef and even comes equipped with a dual coffee pot/Keurig machine to brew your morning cuppa. All TV's in the home (4 total!) are Smart TV's connected to 5G fiber optic high speed Wifi. Bring your Netflix , Disney+, and Hulu log ins and cozy up for a movie. The kids bedroom also has an X-box OneS so be sure to bring your favorite games or log into your XBox Live account! Outside there is a Tesla EV charger (bring your own attachments if you have a non-Tesla EV!) Looking for additional space for more members of your group? Consider beautiful Elk Watch, on the adjoining lot! ADDITIONAL NOTES: - Due to neighborhood restrictions, reservations may only be booked more than 3 days, or 72 hours, prior to arrival. Guests must complete an information form for the Hound Ears neighborhood upon booking, and the reservation will be approved based on the form. - Hibernation Station is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home or requesting an exception. - Rental guests cannot access any Hound Ears Club amenities or buildings, including golf, pool, tennis, or the restaurant; as per Club rules updated in late 2023. - This home offers flat, paved parking for up to 2 large or 3 small vehicles. - There are about 10 steps to enter the main level of the home. - The owner of this home uses exterior security cameras to monitor the home and ensure it remains safe. There are no cameras inside. - Firewood for the indoor woodburning fireplace may be purchased with at least one week (7 day) advance notice. Firewood is $25/nt for 2 bundles of wood + 1 Firestarter.
