Descend to the lower level, where a cozy den awaits, featuring a gas fireplace, a TV, and a fourth full bath. Additional Notes: - Due to neighborhood restrictions, reservations may only be booked more than 3 days, or 72 hours, prior to arrival. Guests must complete an information form for the Hound Ears neighborhood upon booking, and the reservation will be approved based on the form. - This home is pet friendly, allowing up to 2 dogs for an additional rent of $25 per night per pet plus taxes. Mature, crate-trained dogs, only. - Rental guests cannot access any Hound Ears Club amenities or buildings, including golf, pool, tennis, or the restaurant; as per Club rules updated in late 2023. - Check-in is after 4pm and Check-out is by 10am. -This home has a paved driveway with two additional parking spots at the base of the driveway. There are 18 steps from the top of the driveway to the deck and main entrance. - All BRMR homes come with a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. - Towels and linens will be provided for you. - Repeat guests of Mountain Bliss at Hound Ears will receive a 5% discount for visiting again!
