Located within the idyllic town of Montreat within a 2-minute drive or 5-minute walk of Lake Susan, Robert Lake Playground & Conference Center activities, this spacious home welcomes youth groups and offers a gorgeous covered porch and mountain views to enjoy! Thistle Dew Too is thoughtfully and lovingly designed with group fellowship in mind. The main level of the home boasts two spacious living rooms adjoined by a well-appointed kitchen and dining area with seating for 6, a bedroom with a queen bed and en suite bathroom (shower only), a washer and dryer, and garage access. The lower level of the home provides a bedroom with 3 twin-size beds and an en suite bathroom (shower only). Upstairs, nestled among original built-ins, is a full bathroom (combination tub and shower) with 3 bedrooms; 2 with queen-size beds and one with 4 twin-size beds and a powder room. Quintessential Montreat charm meets modern convenience with central HVAC, wireless internet, a 55" television in the main living room, and access to a second full-size refrigerator in the garage. Please note: This home is not pet-friendly. Linens/towels are not provided but can be rented from Greybeard. Youth groups are welcome, and this home rents year-round. This home has 12 wooden rocking chairs in the garage during the winter for guest use on the covered front porch. The wooden chairs are quite heavy, so please use caution when moving them. To ensure the wooden chairs stay in optimal condition, we ask that you move them back to the garage upon your departure during the winter. There are also 7 plastic stack chairs located on the side porch.
