This large historic home offers great space for groups coming to Montreat and is in an ideal location adjacent to the Conference Center. There are six bedrooms, each with charming decor and individual character, a new large gathering space, and a renovated kitchen with 2 sinks, dishwashers, and refrigerators. HOUSE LAYOUT: Main Level: Kitchen, living, and dining area; Bedroom with a full and twin; Bedroom with queen and twin; Half bath; Full hall bath. Upper Level: Bedroom with two twins; Bedroom with two twins; Bedroom with a twin and a full bed; Bedroom with a twin and a full bed; Full hall bath; Full hall bath with shower only (no tub). PLEASE NOTE: This house only has A/C on the first floor. SHEETS AND TOWELS are NOT provided. You can rent linens through Greybeard Rentals. There is no TV, but there is WIFI. There is no landline phone but cell service is best on the front porch. From mid-August to mid-May, Lookout Legacy rents the main floor for $1,100 per month. It has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, a living room, and a kitchen. The renter will put water and power in their name. Wifi is included with the rent. Limit to 3 students. During the harsh winter months, the heating bill could be high.
