Situated just across the road from the verdant expanse of the Beech Mountain Golf Course, the location is a golfer's dream and a nature lover's paradise. This spacious residence boasts a thoughtful layout that ensures privacy and relaxation for all with a woodburning fireplace. The main level features a luxurious king suite, exuding an air of opulence and comfort. Upstairs, a queen suite and a charming suite with two twin beds offer cozy respites, each designed with its unique character. The lower level unveils a welcoming king bedroom with a full bath for added convenience. Entertainment knows no bounds here, with a den on the lower level offering a plethora of amusements. Whether you're in the mood for catching your favorite shows on the TV, engaging in spirited shuffleboard matches, or whipping up a quick snack at the well-appointed kitchenette, the den has it all. One of the highlights of this marvelous abode is the main-level deck that beckons you to bask in its splendor. With awe-inspiring views that stretch as far as the eye can see, it's the perfect spot to sip morning coffee, savor a glass of wine at sunset around the fire-table, or simply unwind in the company of loved ones. Comfortable seating arrangements provide the ideal setting for conversations, making memories, and relishing the beauty of Beech Mountain. This home is a true gem, offering an exquisite mountain getaway that promises tranquility, luxury, and unforgettable moments. Sunrise Summit is conveniently located one mile from Beech Mountain Ski Resort. Guests will have access (with payment of a transfer fee) to Beech Mountain Club's private ski lodge and parking lot adjacent to Beech Mountain Resort's ski slopes. After a thrilling day of skiing, snowboarding, sledding, hiking and snowshoeing, members can enjoy the cozy and convenient dining options at the lodge away from the bustling crowds on the public slopes. In addition, from May - October, guests of Sunrise Summit (with payment of a transfer fee) will have access to full golf membership privileges at Beech Mountain Club. Additional Notes: - Please note that this property absolutely does not permit pets anywhere in or on the premises at any time including outdoor spaces. Bona fide service animals with appropriate certification may be permitted, and the presence of a certified service animal must be disclosed prior to check-in. Misrepresenting a pet as a certified service animal is a crime under North Carolina law. Guests who bring a pet to a no-pet home will be subject to a non-refundable $500 extra cleaning fee to remove pet hair and dander and clean carpets and upholstery. If any pets are discovered during your tenancy including via security camera or observation of neighbors or BRMR staff, your credit card on file will be charged for the above-mentioned fee, and you will be evicted without refund of unused days. - Guests of the home have the option to purchase a temporary membership to Beech Mountain Club during their stay. Please inquire for details. Full Membership includes unlimited family access to the pool, fitness center, dining venues, tennis, pickleball, golf (cart fees apply), and social activities (event fees may apply). - The driveway of this home is monitored by camera for safety. No cameras point towards interior spaces. -Check In is after 4pm. Check Out is by 10am. - All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided - Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent. - Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. - No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. - Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook. - No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable. - 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement. Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking, or by calling us with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax. CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
