Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Relaxing Stay
Very nice cabin for a weekend getaway. Was clean and just the right distance from town.
Super Cute And Fun!
This was the perfect little cabin for just my husband and I. We were going to just get a hotel but when we came across this and it was perfect! It’s nice having smaller cabins when you don’t have a large group! They had lots of things to do, including a pool table, ping pong, and a outdoor hot tub and an indoor jacuzzi! The only down side is that it has a Gatlinburg address but it’s about an hour from Gatlenburg and Pigeon Forge.
Dream Stay!
This is the PERFECT cabin for a romantic getaway or just a quick trip. The cabin was close to the road. Only 10 minutes away from downtown Gatlinburg. The service was good & I was able to extend another day with no problem. I had a great time playing ping pong and pool. The jetted tub was sooooo nice to relax in. I wouldn’t mind staying in this cabin again!
The Benchmark For Satisfaction
My wife and I rented the Eagle’s Roost for our first ever vacation to the Smokey Mountains. Upon arrival, the cabin was immaculate. The location was perfect. The attention to details was second to none. We received several calls and follow up texts to make sure we had everything we needed. The experience sets the standard in our opinion. Thank you, we will be back very soon.

Overall the cabin was great! It was off the beat and path but not far from the thick of things to do.
A Nice Couples Retreat
This was the first time I'd ever rented a cabin anywhere, and the first time I'd gone on vacation with my girlfriend. We both loved the place. It fit us perfectly. We like solitude, and it was far away from the bustle of Gatlinburg while still being close enough to go out for groceries and a dinner date.
The only problems were relatively minor. We arrived the day they turned off the gas, so we couldn't use the fireplace. My girlfriend was a little scared of the staircase leading to the game room. Washer and dryer were way too small for a week's worth of dirty laundry, so don't wait until the last minute to do it. And everything seemed a bit sticky, from the cabinet doors to the info binder. I don't know if that was from cleaning or what.
Overall, our first vacation together was wonderful, and the cabin only made it better. We'd love to come back one day.
