Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Amazing 1st Time In A Cabin!
We decided to book a cabin with Elk Springs Resort recently for our honeymoon to Gatlinburg. We absolutely loved it! The cabin was just as beautiful as described on the website. Also Elk Springs was communicative, thoughtful, and helpful throughout our whole stay, especially when we had a problem with our hot tub. The check in and check out process was so easy and went smoothly as well. We can't recommend them and the cabin enough!

Wonderful stay on a beautiful property. Would just recommend a light on the road by the address so it can be seen at night.
Relaxing Getaway
Our stay felt safe, cozy, and easy! This cabin was easy to find, 10 mins from downtown and still had the woodsy feel to it. My husband and I enjoyed the hot tub and games downstairs!
Our Honeymoon Paradise ��
Me and my wife honeymooned at Who's Lookin' Back cabin and we were ecstatic how clean, peaceful and beautiful everything was. Had everything we needed that we didn't even want to leave the place to do anything extra around town cause the cabin we booked had it. We highly recommend Elk Springs Resort to book through when it comes to cabin rentals because they have amazing deals/promotions. Staff were very nice and friendly! Before we arrived they sent us directions on how to get to the cabin and they supply your cabin info so all we had to do was go straight there without having to go to the main office. Check in and out process was just that simple! They even call and check on you to see if you need things during the visit which is awesome! We can't wait to go back!
