If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Beautiful And Peaceful
My mother rented this cabin for our honeymoon and it was a special treat! The cabin was surprisingly clean and beautifully decorated as I have OCD and struggle with having things cleaned so this place was a total blessing.I didn't have to do anything but just enjoy the moment. Thank you all for such a wonderful and pleasant experience. We would definitely recommend this cabin ������

Exceeded My Expectations
My husband and I stayed at this cabin for his birthday. It was very nice and romantic. I enjoyed all the extra games. The Forrest view was nice and it was a straight shot to downtown Galtinburg. The bed was very comfortable, we stayed in some days. Definitely would recommend.
Quiet, Quaint, And Enjoyable!
Our rental experience was very nice. The game room in the basement was really fun and definitely came in handy on the days/ nights it was raining so we stayed in. One thing I will say is please remove any visible cobwebs. There were two big ones in the shower area that if I had a swifter wand I would have taken care them myself.
