Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Eagle Roost
I recently stayed at the Eagle Roost cabin and it was such a good time. The cabin was clean and just as pictured. The staff was very friendly and checked in on us throughout our stay. One day the power went out and someone was out to resolve the issue within 30 minutes or less of calling to report the issue. I would definitely recommend the cabin and plan to book with the company again in the future.

The Elk Springs Team communicted well. Cabin was advertised. It was truly enjoyable.
Make sure you have some daylioght when finding the cabin as you will miss teh driveway at night.

New Year Trip.
Beautiful cabin. Roomy. Secluded, which is what we where looking for but short drive to downtown Gatlinburg.
Perfect
It was the perfect get away for my fiancé and I. Cabin was perfect the hot tub was great nightly. Pool table could have been bigger and a fridge downstairs would have been nice. A tv option visible from hot tub would be ideal also but none of those things were a negative. The cabin was perfect and we will be returning yearly.
