Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Cozy And Relaxing Cabin
This cabin was perfect for my husband and I. We didn’t use the downstairs area much but it was a nice option to have. The driveway was a bit narrow and steep. I don’t recall reading about that but luckily we just had our motorcycle so it wasn’t a big deal. Overall we had a great time and it was very cozy.
A Great Getaway Cabin
We were looking for a quiet week near the Smokey Mountains . This cabin was GREAT. We toured the park daily, loved the diner down the road, and enjoyed the Hot Tub. A very nice location.

Cozy Cabin
Beautiful, though we weren't, it felt like we were submerged in the deep woods surrounded by nature. No mountain view but the scenery was still stunning! I wish I was back there now!
Very Cute! Perfect For 2
We had our first vacation in a long time and decided to go with Who's Looking Back. It was easy to access with the paved driveway and not far from anything we wanted to do or needed to buy. It was overall a pleasant experience, and we'd definitely consider renting a cabin through Elk Springs again, possibly this cabin!

We had an awesome stay. The cabin had perfect amenities. Loved the hot tub overlooking the mountains. Perfect place for relaxing, binge watching the Duttons by the fire and taking breaks for hot tub and drinks by the firepit and some games of pool. The basketball game was also fun.
