Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Totally Satisfied With Trailside!
First time using Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals and highly recommend them, great customer service. Everything went smoothly from reservations to checkout. Really enjoyed our time at Trailside cabin. Loved the location and being able to walk the trail without having to drive. Pool and hot tub are a wonderful addition. Cabin was just as website had described, we had no problems during our stay. We definitely plan to stay at Trailside again!
Incredible Mountain Top Getaway Packed With Amenities
I wanted to take the family to the Great Smokey Mountains for a vacation, but was leery of all the development and clutter near Pigeon Forge. Having cabins on top of each other is the opposite of getting away in my mind. If this is your wish too, look no further than this Trailside Cabin in Sevierville! The location is amazing with all the desired views and seclusion. This cabin also uniquely backs up right onto a hiking trail in the National Park in addition to being close to all the surrounding activities and dining. The exterior is rustic but has a luxurious outdoor fire place and patio, a custom waterfall, hot-tub with view and several cozy tiered patios. There is a covered deck if it rains as well. For the kids, there is a brand new indoor pool, queen-size bunk beds and a game room. Fully stocked kitchen and cozy living room with plenty of space and a lovely fireplace. Trailside literally has something for everyone. Communication and check-in were professional and simple. The cabin was spotless and well maintained so no maintenance issues at all. Making a u-turn before approaching the driveway made the courageous climb to the cabin more manageable. We had a perfect visit and would highly recommend this cabin!
Family Cabin Trip
The landscape with all the outdoor seating and overlooks was truly spectacular. The host was very quick to respond to any questions and our family time there together was a great blessing. Lots of fun things to do inside pool table large size Jenga and fun trails to go hike. Nice hot tub and cute little pool for kids. Enjoyed our time.
Amazing Place!!
Stayed for 3 nights in December with our family. The cabin is so comfortable and cozy with the most beautiful views. We loved using the hot tub after long hikes in the GSNP and had fun playing pool. The indoor pool water temp was a bit too cold for us to enjoy. The road approach and driveway was a bit tricky but figured it out quickly (had to make a u turn and approach from opposite direction made it easier). The beds were very comfortable and loved sitting by the fireplace watching the snow fall

convenient and is absolutely beautiful but crowded this time
of year. You will need to drive about 20 min in to closest visitor center to get a parking pass. Some of the roads and trails are closed during December. It would have been nice to take the trail outside the cabin but we had no idea how long it was, where it lead or difficulty. It would be nice for you to include that info for others. We ate dinner at the Steak and Trout which was very casual and excellent steaks. Overall this was a great experience and would definitely come back to stay!! Wish I Was There Now...
Rental was great! Lots of work put into home and yard area! All the furnishings and nooks and crannies for a great retreat were very well thought out. Walking trail is literally right in the front yard with beautiful scenery and critters to investigate for. This home was a wonderful escape!
Perfect Location
The cabin was private and the views were spectacular no matter where you sitting. We were moved to this cabin when our original cabin came off the rental program and Elk Springs did not disappoint us!! We greeted hikers on the trail almost every morning which was cool. I can't say enough about this property. Didn't see any bears close up, although one had a party with the hot tub cover before we got there!! Elvira's Cafe is a must for breakfast or brunch. All the shops, restaurants in Wears Valley were wonderful and the people were so nice. This is our 4th cabin with Elk Springs and we wouldn't go with any other management company. Thank you again for a peaceful, stress free vacation!!
