Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Best Getaway Ever!
We really needed to get away from all the crazy and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The house was wonderful! It had everything we needed to make the trip extra special. It was great being the only house around which made it super cozy and private. Having the hiking trail right outside was also a big plus. The highlight was definitely the view!! Waking up to a full view of the mountains was great. We didn’t want to leave. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
Awesome
Awesome. We had a bear come visit us at our cabin. We had the hatchback open on our SUV to load for the day when here came a bear along. He jumped up in the car checked it out. Found no food jumped out and strolled off down by the hot tub into the woods. We have pictures and videos if you would like them for your website.
Awesome Cabin
This cabin has everything one needs to relax in peace & quiet. The big turn on for us was the cabin being secluded. With the all the attractions being within a 30min drive, you still get that feeling of being far away from everything/everyone. I’d definitely recommend this cabin to anyone looking to getaway for a few days.
Great Views!
We had a great time staying at Trailside! The views and outdoor living space was amazing and the cabin had everything you needed and more. Great location to get to hiking trails and you even have a trail that runs right up to the cabin. We'd highly recommend this cabin!
Spring Break In The Smokey Mountains
We had a wonderful time staying at Trailside for our Spring Break vacation. The cabin was beautifully furnished, comfortable for our family, and in a wonderfully quiet and beautiful location.
I think about the only thing I could complain about was that the kitchen knives were very dull making them difficult to use for food prep.
Seriously though, it was a fantastic week and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Elks Springs Cabin
We had an enjoyable stay at the cabin. It snowed significantly and was a little treacherous getting down the mountain as the roads were not addressed before we needed to leave. The management company did message us allowing for a later checkout due to the roads, but we needed to get home by a certain time. One issue we had was the cleaning person arrived several times during our stay looking for his misplaced wallet. He eventually found it outside, which we though was a little odd. The cabin was great though. The cabin could use some better pans and knives.
