Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Family Mountain Retreat
We absolutely loved our time at Livin’ the Dream! With 5 adults and 6 kids everyone had room to spread out & enjoy the space. The kids loved the game room, movie room & pool! The adults loved the open kitchen, the fire pit and the beautiful outdoor patio. There is truly something for everyone at this beautiful mountain retreat!!!

Loved It
We had a wonderful time. Mornings spent dozing on the outdoor deck. Nights in the hot tube, vid o games and corn hole. Kids love the perfect size pool they had to play in. I was truly living the dream.
Gorgeous Cabin With Everything You Need
We visited this beautiful home with 7 teenagers ages 13-18 and I can honestly say every single one of us loved it. There is plenty of space for everyone. The outdoor seating is fabulous. The home is immaculate and has everything you need. The location is gorgeous. You’re 10 minutes from Pigeon Forge and if there’s no traffic, 20-25 minutes from Gatlinburg. I would come back to this home without hesitation.
Newly Built Beautiful Cabin
We were a family of 8 and we found this to be a beautiful, spacious, newly built cabin. Property Management was attentive and courteous and overall we would definitely book with them again!
