Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Everything was as expected, we really felt like we were living the dream. The scenery was so beautiful, we had to find the ways to turn on things, by the time we figured it out, it was our time to go. We will definitely be back!!

Heaven On Earth!
We stayed at Livin the Dream cabin in January! I have never stayed at a more spectacular place in my life! Cabin looked like no one had ever stayed in it! Was immaculate. The indoor pool was perfect and the hot tub huge! We loved the bedrooms and bathrooms and theater!!! I would stay there all the time if I could afford it!!!! It was my heaven on earth!
Awesome Cabins And Great Staff
Highly recommend Elk Springs Resort. This was our second rental and they are wonderful. Cabin was exactly as described and pictured. We had a few issues that needed attention upon arrival and the staff was fantastic at the immediate attention given to correct the items. It made me appreciate and respect this rental company even more! I highly recommend Livin the Dream cabin.

This cabin is absolutely gorgeous. It is very new, so it is in exceptional shape. It was just two of us. We wanted the amenities this cabin offered but a smaller cabin was not available. For us, it was worth the money we spent. So much to do in this cabin you don’t need to leave. We were secluded but only a few miles to town. You can’t see much of the mountains from the cabin, but the view is beautiful! Lots of trees. We always look at other cabin sites but we always come back to ElkSprings. This cabin sleeps 14 and there would be plenty of room . So much outdoor space too.
