Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

We loved our cabin!! My husband and I got married 9/11/21 and this cabin was perfect for our small intimate family stay! The kids stayed wonderfully entertained while we were there and the cabin was absolutely beautiful!! We will definitely be coming back!
Amazing!
It was our first time staying at one of Elk Springs cabins and we will definitely book with them again. Cabin was amazing, clean, and had lots to keep our kids entertained. Definitely recommend booking this cabin!
Fun Family Vacation
Our family of five enjoyed our stay at Game Changer. It was easy to get to and was full of games as promised. Would recommend a vehicle with good breaks the driveway is on a big incline. We opted to make most of our meals at the house was pleased to find two pizza trays, nice pots and pans, and a quality kitchen and grill. The house was impressively clean inside and out.

The Game Changer Exceeded My Expectations.
I was looking for a cabin that could entertain the four teenage boys coming with me. The Game Changer exceeded those expectations. The décor in this cabin was absolutely amazing and and very detailed. We could not get the game system to work, but there was so much more to do that the boys did not even care. I mean there were no other cabins that I say with there own 9 hole mini golf course!! The cabin was defiantly a high light of our trip.
