Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.
We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Perfect Getaway For A Family!!!
We have a family of 7 adults plus a 1 year old and we had the most amazing time. This was an amazing place to go and have some quality time without having to go anywhere. Groceries were easily delivered so we didn’t even have to leave to get those. We took our own games but they had a wealth to choose from also. The pool and hot tub was was great as well. Lots of fantastic memories were made and we can’t wait to go again.

Beautiful Cabin
The cabin was perfect for our stay. Teenagers loved the pool and ping pong table. My favorite spot was the outdoor deck where I enjoyed relaxing and watching movies.

Wonderful Family Vacation!
This was our first time in Tennessee and our very first experience with renting a cabin from Elk Springs. We are happy to report both superseded our expectations! The cabin was everything the description online described and the location couldn’t have been more perfect! All of the amenities the cabin has was perfect for our very active boys (age 7 & 13) who were thrilled to use each day! This cabin is the perfect mix of relaxation and fun entertainment!
