Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Beautiful Cabin
The cabin was perfect for our stay. Teenagers loved the pool and ping pong table. My favorite spot was the outdoor deck where I enjoyed relaxing and watching movies.

Wonderful Family Vacation!
This was our first time in Tennessee and our very first experience with renting a cabin from Elk Springs. We are happy to report both superseded our expectations! The cabin was everything the description online described and the location couldn’t have been more perfect! All of the amenities the cabin has was perfect for our very active boys (age 7 & 13) who were thrilled to use each day! This cabin is the perfect mix of relaxation and fun entertainment!
When Can We Return?
Absolutely the most perfect relaxing place we could have booked. No reason to leave the house for entertainment purposes. Highly recommended from a family that's been all over the world.

We totally loved Game Changer and will be back! Porches all covered so you can enjoy it if it rains. We loved the putt putt golf.
So Much To Do!
The cabin is very nice just itself but all the things for the kids (and adults) to do was great! We were never bored! The owner himself came out to help us with an issue we were having which is amazing. He is a super nice guy. The small "issues" we had were promptly addressed and everything was great! Thanks for a great time!
