Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Quick Get Away
We had a great time at the cabin, it was very cozy and clean. There were 6 of us staying and didn’t feel cramped at all. This is a nice cabin, I would not recommend for people with crawling infants or young children not good with steps. All in all the only complaint we have is the lack of privacy in the evening. The main windows in the cabin did not have blinds or curtains you could close up. I would rent this cabin again though when my kids are bigger.
Ski Mountain Overlook
Had a great time. The staff was very respectful an helpful. The process of getting the cabin was very quick and easy. The cabin was beautiful. The only issue we had was parking. We had to improvise due to the fact that construction workers used our parking space as a storage area causing us to have to park along the small road on the side of the mountain which was not very easy. I absolutely recommend using Elk Springs Resort. We are planning to come back next year and will definitely use them again.
Relax And Recharge
Beautiful cabin with a breath taking view. Multiple bears passed right by, giving a once Ina lifetime experience. We loved stepping away from the hectic city life, and relaxing while taking in the full experience of the Smoky Mountains.
Wonderful Time
We had a wonderful time at Ski Mountain Overlook. It is in a beautiful setting. Not many neighbors so not much road traffic. Just beautiful views. The cabin was perfect for our family.
Perfect For The Family!
My family of 5 spent a long weekend at this cabin. The views are absolutely stunning! Be prepared for a steep, winding trek up the mountain, too ... this cabin is UP THERE! But it wouldn’t be a Gatlinburg experience otherwise. The cabin itself isn’t huge - but is ideal for families with little ones, as it keeps everyone close by. Also, it’s VERY close to the downtown Gatlinburg strip. Overall - a fantastic experience! Highly recommend for smaller groups and families.
Wonderful
Cabin was clean and had pots and pans needed to cook there. Only thing we brought was our gumbo pot and rice cooker. My kids enjoyed the game room downstairs. The fireplace was nice as well.
