Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

What A View
Cabin was clean and Beautiful owners spared no expense
A Slice Of Heaven
This was the second time we came back to Peak A View cabin. Also we have been coming down to this area of Gatlinburg for 10 years now, usually renting a different cabin each year. Peak A View is located about 20 feet from the top of the mountain ridge with spectacular views. We even had mama and junior bear visit us when we were loading up to leave. Even with Hurricane Helene's eye making it directly over the cabin during the last half of our stay we had a great time with no issues. This is a beautiful cabin and is on our list of favorites to return to.
Beautiful Cabin
This cabin was perfect for our getaway. The view is absolutely georgious. The kitchen was well equipped and we actually enjoyed cooking a couple of meals! The cabin itself was layed out perfect for us and very clean.
Home Base For Hiking The Park
We enjoyed our late-July week at Peak A View cabin. We had a great view of the park. Location was nice and quiet outside of Gatlinburg but still good access to newfound gap road (main entrance).

Another Great Experience
2nd Year in row staying at this cabin and it did not disappoint. Even with the rain, the view, the space, and the time was well worth every moment
Awesome For The Fellas
The 6 roommates from college get together for an awesome experience and the cabin was not a letdown. Funny to get a bunch of city folk being amazed with the scenery and seclusion. Even the drive up was an experience in a 15 passenger van. Alot of nervous giggling and gasps as we navigated the tight turns. Man it was a good time. This is the 2nd time I used Elk Springs Resort and both times I've been very pleased.
