This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking.
Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-5 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 6-10 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 11+ bedrooms.
There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

Wonderful and adventures experience. Saw multiple BEARS!!
Views were wonderful and overall experience was great. I would like to mention few things.
Appliances, arcade, hot tub, bathrooms, rooms cleanliness, and everything else was wonderful.
AC in the lower lever was not working and we contacted the given phone number, technician was sent the next day. Technician tried to fix it, but the weather got chilly so we did not end up using AC.
Got to see total of 10-11 bears including cubs in our entire stay.
Upper Deck has no barrier from the parking lot. So it became unsafe when we started doing BBQ on the deck. Bears would just walk in on us from the road/parking on the deck. We were not able sit and enjoy the view on the deck without worrying about a bear walking in.
We enjoyed our overall experience and service was wonderful.
Visitors, please be aware of bears whenever you start BBQ or on the deck.

It was a very the game machine did not work at all. It needs to be replaced but overall it was beautiful.
