Great Place To Stay

I have stayed at Fit for Kings cabin several times and it is a relaxing experience each time. A couple of my stays have been with several friends and the cabin comfortably accommodated all of us. It has a spacious kitchen and dining area and each bedroom is plenty big. We always enjoy the pool table, fire pit and hot tub. It's takes less than ten minutes to be in the Smoky Mountain National Park. Look forward to going back.

Weekend Vacation

The cabin was good enough for our party of 11 and a baby. The kitchen utensils had a lot of wear and tear on them. The fire pit area was really great. The location was great too.

A Nice Place

The house was very clean (super important to me!). The bedding and linens seemed clean and not too outdated. It is comfy and cozy. The view is not quite what I expected. There is a trailer park-ish campground at the bottom of the hill where you turn in. Lots of houses, streets and campers are included in the view, but lots of hills and sky as well. The cabin felt slightly smaller than pictures indicate, although our family of 13 managed just fine. Plenty of seating to eat meals. Not quite enough couch space for TV viewing. The pool table upstairs is nice, but the space is a little small for pool, and it is open to the living area below which makes for a lot of noise while trying to watch TV. Lots of beds - love the 3 king sizes. I think the other beds are all doubles, not queens as listed, but those were where the kids slept so it was fine. The hot tub was nice, although they didn't get it fixed till our last day there (water was lukewarm). They replaced the control panel and it heated back up, so it should be fine now. The fire pit is great. We used it every night. It's a great location situated near the Cades Cove entrance of GSMNP and near enough to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. All in all - a nice place.

Nice Location

It was nice to be away from the crazy part of town. The drive wasn't terrible and the cabin was easy to get to.

Overall A Great Stay!

Cabin was spacious and furnishings were good. We suggest someone checking the dryer vent as it took a very long time to dry our clothes. We do recommend this cabin to future guests.
