Aqua Paradise

Aqua Paradise was a true joy. The chalet was beautifully furnished and plenty of room to visit and relax. The chalet was clean and provided all the necessities for our stay. The location was great with a grocery, liquor store, and shopping nearby. The property manager was very helpful and stayed in touch making sure all was well. One thing to note, we had several in our party over 65, and the steps entering our cabin were a bit steep, and because it rained the entire weekend, they had “cupped” where they retained water. This caused some additional concern entering and leaving the cabin. I feel this should be fixed, especially it there is a freeze. Also, the walk way from the driveway was slate where a walker could not be used. I feel this would be good to Mention up front because there were other cabins that were easier to enter.

I really appreciate that the house is everything they say it is, truly beautiful and super enjoyable we really didn’t have to leave. With that being said a couple small things, the LEAST you guys can keep in the houses are salt and pepper, the WiFi sucks so bad you might as well not have it, way to much chlorine in the pool we almost died walking in that room, we can tell that you guys didn’t think parking through all the way. I wish the views were of scenery and not other cabins. Other than that it was amazing, we didn’t want to leave.

Overall the home is what we expected. The amenities were clean, and all functioning. The space was nicely laid out. The view on the other hand was not what we anticipated. The houses are very close to each other on all sides limiting any Mountain View from the porches.

Let me start off by saying that this place is really well laid out! There were 12 of us and at no point did we feel crowded. The cabin offers everything that you’d need while away from home. We never even left aside from a couple of grocery runs. Only negatives to our stay....the ceiling in the 2nd floor bathroom was leaking and maintenance never showed to check it. The indoor pool is not truly a heated pool. It’s kept at 72 degrees which is extremely cold. Maintenance was also to come and check the temperature to be sure that it was at 72, however never showed. We did attempt to get in, but simply couldn’t stand it long enough to acclimate. I will say, I was a bit disappointed in the no call/no show from maintenance for these issues. Otherwise, the cabin is well furnished and well equipped.

In two of the bathrooms there was hairs in the showers and one bathroom trash can had trash still in it.
