The master bedroom has one king bed and the guest bedroom has two queen beds.The upstairs loft has one queen bed and one twin bed. Downstairs in the living area there is a queen sleeper sofa. The master bath has a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The downstairs guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Upstairs the loft has a full bath with a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Great Experience
The place was close to everything. The condo had everything my family needed to make our vacation a hugh success. Look forward to staying in same place when we return.
Great Location
The condo was perfectly located, the office staff were wonderful, the river was amazing. The condo isn't fancey but worked for our needs. My suggestion to owners and managers would to update furniture, carpets and tvs to smart tvs. Give the condos a refresher.

From the time we got there until we left, we enjoyed the condo with Family and was very comfortable. the location was wonderful, close to may stores, restaurants and also a little hike to Sugarlands just out the front of condo, staying on the river was a nice bonus and listening to the rush of water was so relaxing. Everything we needed was provided in condo, very spacious.
