This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed and the guest bedroom has two queen beds. The living area has a queen size sofa bed. Upstairs in the loft there is one queen bed and a set of bunk beds. The master bath has a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The downstairs guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Upstairs in the loft there is a full bath with a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

The Most Amazing Mini Vacation Ever., Loved The Place.
“Amazing”, clean, comfort, beautiful river view, spacious, and so close to the parkway. And the price is so affordable, are 3 bedroom would sleep 10/12.
Very Nice
Overall the property was very nice. We had three couples stay in this location. It was clean but a little out dated. The lights in the loft bedroom and bathroom were very dim and the tv in there was very small but it was clean and check in and check out were very easy. Would stay there again.
Wonderful Weekend Adventure!
The condo was beautiful and very clean. Two adults and four kids fit nicely. The only thing that I wished there were more of were pots and pans and a bigger casserole dish. We cooked in most of our meals and it was difficult cooking for six with limited cookware. Overall this was an amazing place to stay. The staff was extremely friendly and it made the experience that much better. Would recommend to family and friends to stay here.

Perfect Getaway
We stayed at Park Place Condominiums for our wedding, it was perfect, the accommodations were great and we were close to everything
