The upstairs loft has one queen bed and a twin bed. Downstairs the living area has a queen sofa sleeper. The master bath has a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The downstairs guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Upstairs the loft has a full bath with a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Family Time

Home Away From Home.
This was our second time here and we really enjoyed it both times. This year we rented the three bedroom/three bath condo on the fourth floor. We paid about what we would normally pay for a regular hotel. Full size kitchen and dining area are wonderful if you want to catch a quick bite in the room before heading out to the attractions. Our personal favorite on both trips was the balcony over the river. Talk about relaxing! The room was clean and comfortable and this is becoming one of our favorite places to stay due to its location in Gatlinburg. The staff was excellent too. Everything presented that down home feeling. Loved it.

June 11, 12, 13, 2020 Unit 405
This is our go to place when we come to Gatlinburg, Tennessee with family. Very close to the National Park And one block from the main drag. All units have balconies over the river which makes it very peaceful. The Grandkids loved hanging out in the loft and the pool. We were able to walk to all the restaurants we went too. Our unit was very clean and somewhat updated. Very comfortable.
There were a few maintenance issues this time.
The dishwasher didn't work very well. Had a hard time with the shower door in master bath.
The screen was missing on door to patio from the living room. Also the patio furniture needs replaced, very uncomfortable. All in all though we had a great time.
