The upstairs loft has one queen bed and a twin. The master bath has a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Upstairs the loft has a full bath with a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Great Location
location location, if this is important to you this is the place to stay. I used to do the cabins in the mountains but the convience of being able to walk out and be on the strip especially if you have multi adults who might want to adventure out on their own is perfect and the trolley stop is right in front as well. The place is clean, great customer service and big balconies. Everything you need in the room even though the outside might not look that great the inside is perfect to me.

We love staying at Park Place, very convenient located near everything we love. This particular unit is in bad need of repairs, updating, and just some TLC.

Dollywood Vacation
Not sure how vrbo double booked for our first night,but recieved a call about 6hrs into a 12 hr drive. They explained we didn't have a place to stay because the people in the room now were not leaving for another day. Good news was they booked us 2 hotel rooms for our 9 guests close by and took care of the bill. It was a little inconvenient because we couldn't unpack our cars until we got back from site seeing the next day. It was an adventure and not any big deal, just glad they were able to find rooms as it was very busy down there.
