The master bath as a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

the only issue we had was due to Gatlinburg being over crowed we have only good to say about Park Place we would stay here again in the future.
Fall Break Stay
Wonderful stay! Unit 307 was clean, comfy and we loved the balcony overlooking the river! We loved being close enough to town to walk and not need to fight the traffic! Can't want to go back to Gatlinburg and stay at Park Place!! Highly recommend!

Best Of Both Worlds
Love staying at Park Place as you can enjoy both scenic nature from your balcony whilst being within walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg! The staff is helpful and courteous. The condo is clean and provides everything you need. The price is good too! Why anyone would choose a hotel room (more $) vs. a condo unit, I will never know! We enjoyed our recent stay and will always choose this location for future visits.
