All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Great Place To Stay In Gatlinburg
The location of these condos is excellent for walking to eating and attractions in Gatlinburg or riding a trolley. Every balcony overlooks a beautiful creek. We have had two family reunions here because of its accessibility. Each family rents either a 2 or 3 bedroom condo and they are large enough we can all get together in one of them for game night or just to relax and visit. Already planning another reunion next year.
Great Location Adjacent To National Park
Excellent. Spacious and clean. Great river and national park view. Clean and well appointed. Ample parking and easy walk to restaurants and shops on the main drag in Gatlinburg.

Incredibly Relaxing Stay! Truly one of my favorite places to come to And just relax! - Adjoins Gatlinburg & the National Park! The balcony and rushing creek are just a bonus! Most definitely a place to meditate & reflect! We’ll certainly return!!!

No matter what time of the year you stay at the Park Place Condos, the view is amazing looking out over the water falling over the rocks from your patio. So peaceful. I highly recommend this facility!!
