The master bath as a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Thanksgiving To Remember
We were in 209 but part of our family was in this room 211. Everything was great as I said in the review for ours ours. Our family was impressed with the place also the view from the balcony!
Park Place 211
We always love staying here. Close to town and quiet. Right over the Cree k. See. A large black bear just off our patio. We live it because it’s pet friendly. Condo is a little dated but clean and works great for us.
Mother’S Day Getaway
Perfect location. Room was really big. Only thing is pillows were flat and not comfortable. I would still give a 5 out of 5 start review
Peace In The Mountains!
We had a wonderful time quiet beautiful area near everything to walk to or ride the trolley! Hope to go back again one day!
Beautiful Place To Stay
We have stayed several time previously at Park Place Condominiums and they never disappoint. Within walking distance to the strip, clean and wonderfully maintained, everything you could ask for in your home away from home. Customer service is excellent. We have recommended Park Place Condominiums to anyone going to Gatlinburg. We love walking the strip, eating at two of our favorite restaurants, Howards and The Best, and going to Old Smokey Holler for a relaxing evening in the rocking chairs and listening to bluegrass & country music every night. We just came home yesterday but already have our reservations made for November/December so we can be there for the Christmas Parade.

A great place to stay. Plenty of room with back patio overlooking the river is so therapeutic.
