The master bath as a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Fall Break Vacation
The condo was very nice. The pictures for #206 are not accurate. The furniture has been updated. The carpet and kitchen are still dated but the rest of the condo has had some remodel. We loved sitting on the deck, listening and watching the river flow. You are very close to the main drag and can walk anywhere in Gatlinburg. You are directly next to the Park and can avoid the Gatlinburg traffic. We had two teenagers with us and it was nice that they had their own room. The condo was clean. The parking was easy. We will surely stay again. The only negative is the shower's water pressure. It was poor. Otherwise, this place beats a hotel room hands down.
Mountain Getaway
The property is conveniently located near downtown Gatlinburg. There is a swimming pool as well as ample covered parking. We found the unit to be clean, comfortable and, as described, has a great River View. The pictures associated with unit 206 are not the correct pictures. Unit 206 is a flipped floor plan with leather couches and a newer table and chairs. If you are looking for a quiet condo close to town - this is it.

Park Place Condo'S
Beautiful setting, next to murmuring creek, out of the traffic but close to everything. Very spacious condo with a fireplace (good to know for our next winter trip!) and large balcony. We loved being able to spread out and relax after a full day enjoying Gatlinburg.
