The master bath as a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Overall Great Unit Although Seriously Outdated- 202
The sliding door in the main room had no lock and we used the dowel provided to secure the unit. Other than being very worn out, with chairs that rocked backwards almost dangerously, and fabric worn thin on the kitchen chairs, we were comfortable in our beds and on the couches. The linens and mattresses were fine. Water pressure was fine. If you want to use the jacuzzi tub, be attentive while filling it, and be aware that the jets run when the water level is over the silver sensor- and that you won't need as much water as you think you will if 2 adults are in the tub. We had no issues achieving a hot jacuzzi temperature, but we did start to run low on the hot water towards the end and had to adjust the knobs several times to get enough water for the sensor to work. All kitchen appliances and the washer and dryer were fine. This is our second unit; great for kids, and love that these are non-smoking units. The pool and outdoor hot tub were covered and not usable during our stay. Park Place remains a great value and offers one of the closest locations to the GSM park entrance, as well as easy access to Gatlinburg via walking on sidewalks. Another great visit. Units up to 7 face another property; units from 7-10 face a quieter wooded view, but are farther in back.

The experience was amazing! Condo was very clean, great location near Smokey Mountains or parkway for shopping. The river view was breath taking and relaxing. I will not stay anywhere else but here when my family and friends come to visit Gatlinburg. I have been spreading the word about Park Place on the River to all of my family, friends, and co- workers. The staff was very friendly and willing to answer any questions I had before and during my stay. A must stay if visiting Gatlinburg, TN!!!
