This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed and the guest bedroom has two queen beds. The living room area has a queen sofa sleeper. The master bath as a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Family Vacation
The place was great. Clean the staff was very friendly. The pool was very clean. Just loved the place. It was very nice to be able to cook our meals and everything you need to cook was there and if there wasn’t something you ask and they gave it to you. Will be back

Park Place was extremely clean and comfortable. Check in and out was very easy. Beautiful balcony view. Easy walking distance to town, shopping, and eating.
Great Stay At A Reasonable Price.
They are doing some remodeling outside but the overall it was very clean and well kept The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing! Everything was within walking distance to downtown. I will be returning here for our next visit to Gatlinburg. I highly recommend ParkPlace Condominiums.

Third stay here! I always attend the Clayton King Crossroads Winter Conference in January. I would love to come back and stay for a week and tour the entire area.
