Great Location Near To The Gatlinburg Strip
We stayed for 3 days in the Park place condo. We had a fantastic experience staying at this place. It an old place but is at super good location, we can walk to the Gatlinburg strip and access most of the attractions doing walk and no need to drive. The staff are very respectful and pleasing with the customers, they were very helpful when I needed extra sheets and towels. Rooms were clean and maintained well. Kitchen had all the utensils needed for cooking. Though they could upgrade the kitchen with good quality utensils. We had good time at the swimming pool and the hot tub. We would definitely like to come again to this place and would highly recommend for families.

we enjoyed our stay. the condo is very nice. the only negative at this condo was the condition of the bathtub. the drainplug wouldn't keep water in the tub!!
Most Relaxing Weekend
we stayed in room 311 creekside. when we got there and opened up the door and heard the creek it made everyone want to take along nap. room was very nice and clean, beds very comfortable. I have traveled alot and this was the most relaxing weekend I believe I have had in a long time.I would recomend park place condominiums to anyone
Great Place To Stay!
2nd time at Park Place. Easy walking distance to town and right on the edge of the mountain drives. Unit was very clean, great view, friendly customer service. Will definitely book with Park Place every chance I get.
Babbling Brook Without The Neighbors !!
We've stayed in many places while visiting Gatlinburg over the years but Park Place Condos is the best !! We listened to the babbling river every morning with our coffee and every evening before bed. Our granddaughters loved the condo also. They had their privacy but still with us. Loved everything about Park Place.
