The master bath as a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Nice Weekend Stay
Great stay in Gatlinburg!
Great Mountain Getaway
Perfect location for those who don't want to drive in town. I've been vacationing at Park Place for many years. Love the mountain stream and everyone that works there is wonderful! See you next year!
Great Location!
Very clean. Quiet and peaceful with a great view of the river. Beautifully decorated. Great place to relax. Loved sitting on the balcony watching and listening to the river. Very soothing. Nice Jacuzzi!
Fabulous Rental!
This rental is great to feel secluded but super close to the strip. The river is just wonderful. There a nice simple touches, gives you everything you need to enjoy Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains.
Perfect Location!
Clean. Spacious. Great location. Perfect spot to be around the corner from downtown gatlinburg, but enough to be away from the hustle and bustle. We stayed 3 nights and 4 days, and really enjoyed our stay. As we were packing up our jeep to leave, I happened to take one last look at the water and happened to see a bear about 20 yards from me. It was an awesome experience!
Wonderful Location
Our room was right on the river, which was wonderful. We could hear the river rushing while we slept. It was very relaxing. The condo itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. It was a real bargain -- in-town and within walking distance of all the place we love to go. The condos are located right next to the National Park.
