Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Christmas In The Smokies 2021
My family loved this cabin and it is perfect for two families. The views are amazing and pics don’t do it justice. it is private but new cabins appear to be going in. We loved it and plan on booking another stay. Elk Springs is top notch and we only book our cabins through them. I never worry about what I am getting; I know it’s going to be clean, beautiful and feel like home!
Family Vacation
This was a wonderful cabin with such a beautiful view. The kids had a blast as the adults enjoyed the peace and time to unwind. I am looking forward to coming back in the future.
Nice Place & Location
Cabin was clean and nice. Beautiful views. Elks Springs was very attentive when we had a drain and tv issue and was sent maintenance within 2 hours to fix. The location was great and would definitely stay here again.
How Time Flies
Time Stands Still was in an excellent location for privacy at this time. However it does look like another cabin is planned for right next door which will end the privacy part. The fire pit was wonderful. We had a bonfire every night burning at least 3 bundles of wood ( we would suggest bringing your own wood or look for reasonably priced bigger pieces of wood down in town as the local was pricey and smaller pieces). The amenities were up to par and would be used by families, we only played 2 games of pool one evening befor bonfire time. We did not use any other amenities but they looked great. The cabin was clean and completely furnished. We would rebook this cabin in a heartbeat. We are pleased with Elk Springs Resorts as a whole.
Peaceful Place To Stay
This place is one of the best cabins to stay in. Everything was great and the cabin is so peaceful by itself. Although it looks like they will be building beside it shortly and I hate that.
Very Nice!
This cabin was great! There were two couples and two kids on this trip and we all had our own privacy and were also able to spend fun time together inside and outside. The cabin is sufficiently equipped. This cabin has three levels. The queen bunk is on the top level with a bathroom for the kiddos. The main floor a has a bdr. and so does the lower level. I mention this just in the case that anyone has trouble with stairs. We had no problems reaching the cabin. Please look for the cabin name sign on the left when you arrive and continue up the slope. Our GPS said that we had arrived but we did not see the cabin! Anyhow, I cannot say enough about this place. It is close to perfection! We had a wonderful time roasting smores while listening to music on the porch. We played pool, watched movies on the big screen and used the charcoal grill for burgers and steaks. We enjoyed the hot tub and the jacuzzis. Thanks to the owner for sharing and thanks to Elks Springs again for another clean an well maintained cabin. This is easily a new favorite for us!
