Compete against your friends on the 65" LED TV from comfortable gaming chairs, or head to the theater room to watch the ballgame or your favorite movie on the 75" LED screen! A pool table, foosball, and air hockey game keep the fun rolling in the game room too. Getting tired? Retire to the private hot tub deck and relax in the bubbling hot tub, before curling up for the night in the comfy log beds. Two King bedrooms on two levels offer guests room to spread out. This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking, unless same week arrival.

Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify the host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if canceled in less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-3 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 4-7 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 8+ bedrooms.

There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.
