Host Cancellation Policy
This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling. During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway.
No shows will forfeit any monies put down.
After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.

Incredible views
The cabin was comfortable and clean. We felt like we were close to heaven, the view was amazing. We also were lucky enough to have a mama bear and 2 cubs outside the cabin, it made our day.
Fantastic Views
The cabin is up high but gives a great view looking over The Smokies. The cabin is very nice and had everything we needed. The only complaint was the main level windows were very dirty on the outside which detracts from the view when the afternoon sun is shining through, and a few light bulbs were out.

It was clean and specious. Beautiful view.Cabin was nice. It was difficult with the stair cases having a 18 month old though. Was a bit far from pigeon forge
Lasting Impression lives up to its name!
Lovely cabin with beautiful views. Clean and well appointed for our stay. We enjoyed the hot tub but would like to have used the fitness center as shown in the photos, but were not able to access despite making several calls. We enjoyed our stay and will use Aunt Bug’s rentals again.
Not the cleanest but still very nice.
All of the decor and amenities were great. The cabin wasn’t cleaned properly and certainly no extra precautionary cleaning was done for Covid. All 3 of the sofa beds were dirty with what looks like urine stains on them so we were unable to use them.
