Host Cancellation Policy
This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling. During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway.
No shows will forfeit any monies put down.
After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.

Spring Break Trip
The cabin is located in nice quite place just a minute from the main street, it is nice and pretty clean. We had a very nice time staying in this cabin with our kids. They just need some little upgrades on this like in the bottom bathroom there was not warm water running all the time and they should replace some sink fossils to make sure you can operate them, they also need to make sure that all the lights have light bulbs so you can use it at night. Management need to check regularly on the property for not working stuff!!! The sleeper sofas mattress are so bad that even our kid sleeping on it was very uncomfortable! They need to be replaced very badly! Thank You for your rental

Nice. Only issue was the road to get in. Only wide enough for one car and had some pretty nasty potholes. The

Cabin was a good fit for us 4. Hot tub was super loud and very dirty on the bottom and leaves. Didn't use at all because of this. Do not drive to this cabin for the first time in the dark!! We expected 4x4 needed, but it was a drive "up" to get used to maneuvering through. 1st & 2nd time up we was ready to check out because I didn't think our jeep would make it up again without tearing it up. Even with the insurance "they just couldn't move us." Very close to town though. Lights were pretty to see at night. Bring T-paper. Only had 1/2 roll in each bath room. Beds comfy enough, kitchen furnished enough. No dart board unlike the pics :( Nice stay away from all life's responsibilities though. Mobile check in/check out was nice.
Cabin Review
No lock on the garbage bin outside, would have to wake up every morning to pick up scattered trash&The beds were ridiculously uncomfortable, and the cabin pictures on the internet, don't quite add up to the cabin in person. A bit outdated

Cleanliness was not the best. Pullout bed downstairs was miss was bad. My granddaughter slept on couch instead. Staff was helpful when we called to clean hot tub. Location was good.
