This cabin caters to your every need, allowing pets with a $75 + tax non-refundable pet fee for each small dog (maximum 2 pets, 40 pounds per pet). This cabin is smoke-free. The rental is priced for 12 people, with an additional person fee of $12.50 nightly. The minimum stay is typically 3 nights, with longer stays required during holidays/peak times. Host Cancellation Policy
This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling. During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway.
No shows will forfeit any monies put down.
After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This property allows a maximum of two dogs and a maximum weight per dog of 40 pounds. Even thought the unit is pet-friendly, no pets may occupy the cabin unless you have registered your dog in a pet approved cabin. If a pet is in an unapproved cabin, a fine of $200.00 will be assessed and you will be required to vacate the cabin immediately without a refund.
This property charges a non-refundable pet-fee of $75.00 plus tax per pet that will be collected after booking. The pet fee does not include any additional clean up services. You are required to clean up after dog inside/outside of the cabin. Please crate your dog when you are not at the property.

Guys weekend 10 trip
This was our 10th trip with 10 to 16 guys. We had an amazing time. This more than me our needs and the pictures inside don't do it justice.Pros:Amazing house, Lots of beds, Great Pool, Pool Table, Video Games, Great set up, Fire pit, Theater room was amazing.Cons:Not a single sharp knife in the house, absolutely no extras (had to buy toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, dish soap and dish washer bombs), Yard while amazing is at an at least 30 degree slope so absolutely unusable for anything, pool table bumper broken, $500 cash deposit on check in

Driveway was very steep and because there was no flat area to park by the cabin we had to walk up the driveway. This was very difficult. Bushes along drive and steps leading down needed trimming. The description of the cabin said it was 20 minutes to Gatlinburg. It was much longer. The cabin was very dark and some lights/fans were not working. The air hockey game did not work and the in pool floodlights were not working. The pool really needed a handrail for safe entry. Wifi didn't work. Overall the cabin was very nice and well furnished and decorated. We felt very safe there. We would not stay in this cabin again only due to the steep drive and long drive to Gatlinburg. We would definitely use Aunt Bugs rental again in securing another cabin on our next visit that fits our needs better.
Mystical creek is a gorgeous cabin
The cabin was beautiful along with the scenery. Only problems would be the pillows and water pressure. Pressure is understandable due to the terrain but maybe put some new pillows in. Other than that had a very relaxing stay
Pool was not clean it was greenish and smelled bad eyes burned
WE really enjoyed the stay but it was so far to drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlingburg area to shop but the house was nice.
Not As Expected
The cabin and property were beautiful! It was farther out than anticipated from Pigeon Forge. The inside smelled of dog urine, and another bad odor. The fridge and stove/oven were dirty. The rugs are worn, dirty, torn, smelly. The regular floors hadn’t been swept. One of the pillows had blood stains on it. It was found because the top bunk wasn’t made. The a c vent on the second floor was black and filled with dust. One of the shower curtains was ripped and mildewed. For the amount of money my family and I spent it definitely wasn’t worth it and didn’t meet our expectations! I emailed and text Aunt Bugs about the issues. No one contacted us. They weren’t friendly when we were at the office to get our access codes so we’re not surprised by the lack of concern.
Vacation okay
To start off with the good things the workers and the officer very nice the maintenance man that helps with the house is also very nice and the movie room is a very very nice feature the views are very nice the house is big in spacious it'll hold plenty of peopleThe negatives would be the hot tub didn't get over 90 degrees no matter what we did the buttons didn't work to heat it up so that was a little Annoying we were not able to use the hot tubs in the house because the hot water didn't last and with a ton of people in the house anytime somebody would wash their hands use the bathroom do the dishes the water would go right to ice cold which was frustrating the internet didn't work 90% of the time we were there even when the satellite internet technician came and fix the internet it really still didn't work which was frustrating so do not plan to have internet especially if the weather is bad or you need a lot of data because it's internet via satellite so it's not going to work very well the house is kind of outdated like some of the door knobs fell off when we first got there. The air hockey table didn't really work the entire time we were there. The TV in the upstairs King room is awkwardly placed so you cannot watch TV from in bed because the bed post blocked the entire 22 inch TV. The people at the office gave us instructions to go to the rental and it took us an hour and a half when we used our GPS it took us 40 minutes so that was a little frustrating to be told that GPS will not take you right to the house when in fact it does and it's twice as fastYou do have to bring your own DVDs for the movie room but there is a Dollar General 2 minutes from the house that has a red box which is very convenient
