This cabin caters to your every need, allowing pets with a $75 + tax non-refundable pet fee for each small dog (maximum 2 pets, 40 pounds per pet). This cabin is smoke-free. The rental is priced for 12 people, with an additional person fee of $12.50 nightly. The minimum stay is typically 3 nights, with longer stays required during holidays/peak times. Host Cancellation Policy
This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling. During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway.
No shows will forfeit any monies put down.
After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This property allows a maximum of two dogs and a maximum weight per dog of 40 pounds. Even thought the unit is pet-friendly, no pets may occupy the cabin unless you have registered your dog in a pet approved cabin. If a pet is in an unapproved cabin, a fine of $200.00 will be assessed and you will be required to vacate the cabin immediately without a refund.
This property charges a non-refundable pet-fee of $75.00 plus tax per pet that will be collected after booking. The pet fee does not include any additional clean up services. You are required to clean up after dog inside/outside of the cabin. Please crate your dog when you are not at the property.

We evacuated for hurricane Irma from Savannah GA. It was spacious, clean even though it was isolated it was near outdoor activities.
Mystical Creek Review
This was our first time renting a cabin in the Smokys and I found this on the internet! The management office was great to work with and the maintenance people went above and beyond the call of duty! Only issue we had was air conditioning unit wasnt working when we got there....and it was 95 out... but a call to mgmt had someone there quickly!!! Would definately recomnend Aunt Bug's and loved our cabin!
Peaceful Get Away
Overall it was a great peaceful place, there was some things that could have been fixed before we rented. Directions to the place could have been clearer, like to have never found it. It was a awesome weekend though

Mountain Getaway!!
The cabin was gorgeous! It was alittle further away from Gatlinburg than what we were wanting but that is totally on me!! I would still highly recommend this cabin for those that want time away but don't have to be in town everyday! The hot tub needs updated...the water was dirty and half the jets did not work but we had the indoor pool . The kids lived in the pool basically. The pool water was cloudy when we first got there but the water was so hot as well and once we took the top off and it cooled down alittle the water cleared up. The lock on the pool door was nice but a pain in the butt as well....adults trying to figure it out, lol. Only true complaint I had was the foosball table was gone and both arcade machines were broke and not working when we got there. We had kids from ages 15 to 4 and had 8 of them so the games would have been nice to have. But our stay was wonderful as always dispite the little stuff!!! Would glady stay again!!!

The stay was an overall success for me and my friends looking for a little get away. There were some things that I wish would've worked, and if I had known about them I most likely would've found a different place to rent. We all wanted to stay in this cabin because of the indoor pool and movie room. Sadly when we got there the pool was freezing. There was a sign on the door saying the pool was cleaned and would take 14 hours to heat up. No big deal, but it never heated up. It was freezing the whole time and none of us got to swim which was one of the big sellers of this place. There is no heat control for the pool for the guests to set either. Along with that the pool and hot tub were both dirty. The hot tub jets also do not work and the hot tub struggled to heat up even with the cover on. We also had issues with the down stairs bath tub in the king size bed room. The hot water did not work at all during our stay. The movie room was also a huge bonus to our stay, but the sound does not work well and you can hardly understand what is being said. The location of this place was amazing and even with the things that we really wished to enjoy didnt work we still had fun and everyone enjoyed the stay. The cleaning crew did a pretty decent job, but a lot of things could've been done better. I really hope this things can get fixed before anyone else stays. The money spend wasnt 100% worth it when it came down to things working properly.
