Host Cancellation Policy
This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling. During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway.
No shows will forfeit any monies put down.
After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This property allows a maximum of two dogs and a maximum weight per dog of 40 pounds. Even thought the unit is pet-friendly, no pets may occupy the cabin unless you have registered your dog in a pet approved cabin. If a pet is in an unapproved cabin, a fine of $200.00 will be assessed and you will be required to vacate the cabin immediately without a refund.
This property charges a non-refundable pet-fee of $75.00 plus tax per pet that will be collected after booking. The pet fee does not include any additional clean up services. You are required to clean up after dog inside/outside of the cabin. Please crate your dog when you are not at the property.

Great Weekend Getaway!
We came in for the holiday weekend. The cabin was nice and clean and the hot tub was already steaming hot. The walk to down town was a little over a mile. The hill coming back was steep but we like to get a little exercise while on vacation. It was great to have a steaming hot tub waiting for us when we got back from visiting down town. The TVs and dated and the appliances but I didn't visit to hang out in the cabin. We were so busy exploring that it didn't make a huge difference. One of the beds upstairs was uncomfortable but we only had four people so they just switched to the other bed.
Birthday vacation
We were extremely pleased with our stay, we will definitely recommend Aunt Bugs to all our family and friends.This is our second time with you and we couldn't be more pleased.
Overall nice cabin
Overall, our stay was a pleasant one and the price was more than fair. We had 7 adults and 2 children for a weekend. The cabin was clean and the amenities were all in good working order. The only real complaints we had, was:1. One of the upstairs mattresses sinks pretty bad in the middle. The mattress is simply wore out and needs replacing.2. The sofa bed was full of crumbs when we let it out the first night. Location was close to downtown Gatlinburg, but a stretch to say "walking distance".
Great place...but
We loved the cabin, clean, nice yard for our dogs. Close to downtown Gatlinburg. We didn't have to go 4-wheelin up the mountain to get to it. The only thing we had a problem with was the mattresses up stairs on both beds. When you sat down on the edge, you fell back into a hole the size of the grand canyon. They really need to replace them!! That's why I only gave a 3 in the survey.
Pretty good stay
The cabin was not as secluded as I would have liked, however the porch is screened in, so privacy was not a problem. Close to downtown Gatlinburg! Bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

The street signs are off but the stay and the cabin was wonderful will diffidently stay again in this cabin loved the screened in part of the porch
