Host Cancellation Policy
This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling. During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway.
No shows will forfeit any monies put down.
After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This property allows a maximum of two dogs and a maximum weight per dog of 40 pounds. Even thought the unit is pet-friendly, no pets may occupy the cabin unless you have registered your dog in a pet approved cabin. If a pet is in an unapproved cabin, a fine of $200.00 will be assessed and you will be required to vacate the cabin immediately without a refund.
This property charges a non-refundable pet-fee of $75.00 plus tax per pet that will be collected after booking. The pet fee does not include any additional clean up services. You are required to clean up after dog inside/outside of the cabin. Please crate your dog when you are not at the property.

2 night getaway
We enjoyed stay at this cabin. It is located within walking distance to shops and attractions in Gatlinburg. It is well kept. The only minor down side was the lack of pots and pans which made cooking a little bit of a challenge. All in all we had a great time here.
Angler's Perch Stay
We had a great time staying in Gatlinburg, in the Angler's Perch cabin. The cabin was the perfect size for us. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We loved the hot tub and the super soft king size bed downstairs. The location was just far enough away from the action but close enough to be just a couple minutes from anything. The cabin, bedding and towels were all very clean and soft. The Aunt Bug's staff was very helpful and always just a phone call away. We will definitely stay there again.

Wonderful location & clean clean clean!
I was hesitant at first to rent a "dog friendly" cabin, but we needed to bring the dog at the last m and minute - but let me tell you, we were more than pleasantly surprised!! The cabin itself is adorable, and in a wonderful location!! Great kitchen & dining area where everyone can be together! The screened porch, porch swing and hot tub were wonderful to have! I'm sure the furnishings are getting some what near in need for updates, but NOT dirty, just a little dated. I doubt they could charge such a reasonable price if it were updated anyhow. FANTASTIC location, right off intersection of stop light 2. We have zero complaints & would most definitely stay at Anglers Perch with Aunt Bugs Cabin rentals again!! The staff was super friendly, called to make sure everything was to our liking & even sent a doggie bowl for the pup! Thank you for a delightful stay!!
