Located conveniently close to Dollywood & Splash Country, approximately 10 minutes from either Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. This cabin has paved roads up to the gravel driveway. All-wheel or four wheel drive vehicle is recommended. There is comfortable parking available for up to 2 vehicles.
This 1 Bedroom, 2 Bath cabin that sleeps up to 4 is two levels with wonderful wooded privacy. There are 2 steps to reach the main level. On the main level, you will find a fully equipped kitchen bar seating for 2, a living area with a Queen sleeper sofa, a stone gas fireplace, and flat screen TV. There is also a King bedroom with a flat screen TV, a large walk in closet, and a shared bath with a shower tub combo. The washer & dryer are also located on this level. The main level deck holds the relaxing hot tub, charcoal grill, and patio furniture, and offers both beautiful views surrounded by nature, and the peaceful sounds of the rushing river below the property.
In the upstairs open loft, there is a game room with a pool table, mini fridge, and a full bath with a shower/tub combo.

Host Cancellation Policy
This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling. During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway.
No shows will forfeit any monies put down.
After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.
SmokyMountains.com Service Fee Cancellation Policy
If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This property allows a maximum of two dogs and a maximum weight per dog of 40 pounds. Even thought the unit is pet-friendly, no pets may occupy the cabin unless you have registered your dog in a pet approved cabin. If a pet is in an unapproved cabin, a fine of $200.00 will be assessed and you will be required to vacate the cabin immediately without a refund.
This property charges a non-refundable pet-fee of $75.00 plus tax per pet that will be collected after booking. The pet fee does not include any additional clean up services. You are required to clean up after dog inside/outside of the cabin. Please crate your dog when you are not at the property.

Tha cabin was adorable! We were very satisfied with the cabin and was very comfortable. It could use a kitchen trash can and some hot pads. The only trash can was in the bathroom. The kitchen otherwise supplied all our needs. The cabin had games and movies offered. We had unexpected visitors Thanksgiving night. While watching the football game we looked up and starring at us through the window was a mamma bear and her two cubs. Just glad we didn’t put our trash out side!The only thing I didn’t like was the steep incline to the cabin. Other than that our stay was perfect. Very private!The staff is very accommodating. Thank you! We will use Aunt Bugs again!

Cozy cabin in the woods!
We had a pleasant surprise when we got up the hill to the cabin! It was welcoming, clean and had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. I definitely would go back. Due to the rather steep hill to get to the cabin, I would definitely recommend you have a AWD vehicle! We were glad our road trip was not in our vet! No problem at all in an AWD. Check in/check out was very quick and easy. Friendly staff. 15 minutes from Gatlinburg and 10 from Pigeon Forge very convenient to popular attractions.

The cabin was clean and quite. The A/C worked great. Be aware of the raccoon at night. Do not leave trash out in can, he will scatter it everywhere..
